Yield: 1 flatbreadA cheese lover’s delight… all topping Rich’s 12″ x 5″ Rustic Flatbread.

Ingredients
- 1 eachRICH’S 12″x5″ Parbaked Rustic Oval Flatbread
- 1/4 tsp.Salt, Thyme & Oregano
- 2 ozProvolone Cheese
- 2 ozRicotta Cheese
- 2 ozBocconcini Cheese
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Thaw flatbread and top with olive oil (as needed), salt, thyme, oregano, and provolone cheese
- Bake until crisp, then add Ricotta and Bocconcini
